For your purchase greater than $500 we offer complimentary 2nd day FedEx shipping within the continental United States. A signature is required upon delivery, though exceptions can be made upon request. (Note that if signature upon delivery is waived, insurance only covers the package until it is delivered. Suzanne Felsen and its representatives cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items if the signature is waived upon delivery.)
We will quote shipping prices based on final destinations outside the continental US. For orders under $500 2nd day FedEx shipping is $35.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal checks. Sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped to addresses in California.

returns
Returns will be processed upon receipt of return and an email confirmation will be sent. Returns are accepted for exchange only within 14 days from receipt of jewelry. Returns must be received in the same new condition as shipped. Special orders and custom designs are final sale.

repairs
All of the designs in the collection are hand crafted. As with any product of this nature, wear and tear or accidents may result in damage to the setting and/or gemstones. We recommend contacting us by phone or email with a description of the damage, providing relevant photos of the piece, and we will respond to a repair request by email or phone. The repair process can take up to 8-10 weeks, depending on the issue, and there may be a fee for the repair.
